Crack heads that wait until other apartment tenants are gone or sleeping to light up their drugs. They do it mostly late at night or real early mornings so nobody can tell where the stink is coming from. Also, they stay in their bedrooms all the time and never want to be seen by the other tenants. They actually think that maintenance can't tell at this time of day, but they know. You can always tell who they are by the smell of their apartment during the day... can you say body odor?
