It's an orange juice mixed with vodka. You don't make one for yourself but others and when you give it to them, you say: "Comment ca vas" which is French for "How's it going". In English it's CommenSaVas all in on word said not as a greeting but to say you'll get them a vodka orange juice. Usually drank strong in the morning when already drunk
