Codlapper Mug
A Person or animal that licks the scrotum of a male person or animal, all while paying special attention to the testacles. The term was coined by a local town legend at a pizza parlor in a small community just outside of Columbus,GA. Although the term has a not so admirable definition, it is not meant to be taken as an insult. It's most commonly used in drunken banter between friends rather than a put down.
