Verb A specific act of voyeurism, either looking up or taking an image up the skirt worn by another person out of curiosity or to obtain sexual gratification. Also known as 'Upskirting'. This is proposed in honor of British MP Sir Christopher Chope who blocked a bill in the UK Parliament that would have made the practice of 'Upskirting' a specific offence.
