Chloe is a cute weird caring person. She can be annoying, dumb at times but she can also be smart and cute. If you are in a bad mood or you are feeling down she won't leave you alone until you are happy. Sometimes she just wants to have a normal life but can't. But If you were to hurt her in a crazy mental way she will spill all secrets on you and will not forgive nor forget. Overall Chloe is the most amazing person I have ever met.
