Also, they also tend to care only about "face" (public image and repute), lookism, among other things while glancing the other direction when a genocide against the Uyghurs is going on. It has nothing to do with their government; they're just complete assholes. In public, they might appear nice because of their obsession with public image, but they're extremely malevolent in private, secretly wishing death upon their own family members and loved ones and basically anyone else that they feel envious of or jealousy towards. They're terrible people and a terrible culture.
