Chickshaw Mug
The word chickshaw is a portmanteau in the modern homesteading world between the words “chicken” and “rickshaw”. Rickshaws being an ancient (yet still popular) form of travel in eastern cultures. It is a cart that consist of two wheels and long handles for a person or animal to pull with. Carts typically carry people but also are used to transport goods. The chickshaw is a two wheeled cart-like chicken coop that is mobile. It’s’ roots originate with the famous author, Elliot Coleman, but it was Justin Rhodes who refined and popularized the concept on YouTube.
