Chairless Huddle and Talk. A quick variant on the pointless time-suck that is a "meeting". The rules are: 1) No charis. Standing only. 2) Huddle means everyone must sand in a circle. No pass-outs. 3) No minutes may be taken. 4) No laptops, drinks or mobile phones. The Seated Huddle and Talk is the more frequent (and less productive) cousin. Any SHAT must have a Concise and Unambiguous Note Taker.
