A crack/heroin addict usually hanging aroundon the street (In london at least) who will do pretty much anything for a hit, is continually looking out for number one and has proven themselves to be completely untrustworthy. A person who does not care about the comeback or consequences of the actions that they employ to get their drugs or drug money. They may often follow you in groups (central London especially) and try to offer to 'help' you get something before ripping you off. Although usually a cat has no 'hussle' whatsoever and just tries to bully or beg drugs of another user.

The color of the block highlighting the subject word was labeled "Flamingo Pink", but on the mug, it's actually closer to lilac and the woman I bought this mug for loves the color pink. I do like the apparent permanence of the design on the mug, I'm just disappointed with the inaccuracy of the color.
