The urge to cast on (or start) many different projects all at the same time. "Casting on" is a term used in knitting, when starting a new project, one would "cast on a new project" "Itis" is used with reference to a tendency or state of mind that is compared to a disease. "creditcarditis" Thus Knitter's have begun to use the word "Castonitis" when the urge to start many different projects at once hits them.
