A super nice and SUPER HOTTTTTTTT boy. He is a real gentleman and he believes in girls are equal to boys. Carters are also super good at all sports because most Carters are athletic. Carters are best a basketball and they go in for strong lay-ups most of the time and takes 3-pointers half the time too (and makes them). Carters know how to treat a lady and if he has even 1 girl on his basketball team he wont forget to pass to her. He believes in everyone and he isn't a hoe so each school year he only dates the same girl all year!
