carney hole
A carney hole is a unique place on a map in FPS games, especially in Halo. A carney hole will frequently give the user of the spot an advantage in certain situations. Some spots are good sniper spots, give a good vantage point of the rest of the map, or a great places to hide. Carney holes are named after Chris Carney. Chris Carney is a software designer and environmental artist for Bungie, the makers of Halo.
