Burn deck

Sometimes called a "blitzkrieg deck" or "mono-red" (MTG) A player's card arsenal in a trading card game (especially Magic the Gathering and Yu Gi Oh) that was designed to defeat the opponent in as few turns as possible using brute force, with little in the way of tactical strategy or defense. Trading card enthusiasts often recommend that novice players start out using a burn deck until they fully get a feel for the game and its mechanics, as it uses the most straightforward, least confusing strategy. However, they are usually not recommended for higher-level competitive games, as their effectiveness relies heavily on the contents of the opponent's deck.
