It means the right and wrong, which was interpreted as 'there's nothing right and wrong in the things we do' by the vocalist, TAKUYA. It also means even though the world has come to an end, (we) must still keep on shining till the end. (derived from a variation of BUGRIGHT, BUGLIGHT)
