A brown out is when use hard drugs enter a phase between being safe stable and not yet quite entering "passing out/ falling out" modes."Falling out" states include nodding out, falling asleep, so called asleep n beginning to die as lowered respiratory induces hypoxia, during a brown out may be awake conscious, so aware of breathing but may experience "kind of fluid floaty states" where blurs of vision, sense of "Idk maybe not slapped out of your carcass enuf to onset death, but have challenged to a specific middle point your spirit is debating it thus it sort of "stretchs" or "peeksabout". During which experience this "not quite blurs vision, but stars or other unexplainable changes to visuals occur. May include, onset of sleepiness. Hypothetically you just banged an speed inducing substance like cocaine soft or hard or possibly methamphetamine or other amphetamines. Paradoxically although the substance "speeding you" due to the circular system and heart being overwhelmed maybe this causes a lightness sensation. Because your riding a thin line between having a good time and dying bro. Brownouts are moments "feel a little stupider. Not quite handicapped, but intellectually critical capacity "think as you do atypically" has "wound down". Not quite the "dumb" feeling other drugs or getting "shit slizzered" but like your mind is lighter. Possibly due to the "soul stretchy bit".
