Brony
Word/Phrase given to males who watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It is the combination of the words: "Bro" and "Pony," hence Brony. The term is generally used for the older male fanbase. It originated from 4chan's /b/, and was said to be the source of the "b" in "Brony." However, many sources (including Hasbro) have repeatedly confirmed that the prefix of "Brony" is "Bro." Recently, there has been many disputes regarding the true definition of Brony. Some may claim that the definition can also be used for females, but this then deems the whole point of the definition invalid. A Brony is a male.
