Stands for: Body of Baywatch, face of Crimewatch Used to describe someone who has an amazing body but an unfortunate face. BOBFOCs are most commonly spotted on beaches from a distance, wearing very little and claimed as, 'FIT!' but after closer inspection is found to have a face like an anus.
