To a guy its to call him a pussy, a low life asshole, or as someone who exceeds the usual terms used to insult a guy (such as douchebag, jerk, bastard, etc.) to demean the guy on a whole nother level. 2. A person who is annoying and whines about unimportant shit. 3. A female dog 4. To sit in the bitch seat, the seat usually between two guys that a girl is sitting in.
