The delicious burger served only at McDonalds. Its usualy the meal #1 on the menu. I used to eat like three to four of these a day. My friends didnt want me to have a heat attack like the doctors told me I was going to within a year if i did not stop, so they submited for rehab. I got help for my addiction and now i eat only one a week. Anybody who is a big mac addict like myself will tell you "its the sauce man, its in the sauce" that stuff is just so damn good!
