Beauty Bar Mug
BEAUTY BAR, the vintage salon-styled cocktail lounge with outposts currently in six cities (New York, Los Angels, San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas and Austin), was born in 1995 on 14th Street in Manhattan at the already existing Thomas Beauty Salon. Beauty Bar owner Paul Devitt wanted to take the notion of the beauty parlor or salon and take it a step further by integrating cocktails and music into an already intimate setting. From this notion, grew a string of lounges that has set the par for scenester culture with music, fashion and aesthetics hosting the world’s top up & coming bands, djs, musicians & artists of all kind. In June 2008, Beauty Bar debuted the Beauty Bar Collection features the world’s top young designers including CTRL, Free Gold Watch, SPRFKR & more showcasing their unique interpretation of the iconic Beauty Bar logo. They managed to squeeze the (edited down) definition onto the side of the mug in its entirety, so no complaints! Was worried it was going to cut off in the middle of a word or something.

My Aiden mug is awesome
This item was ordered as a gift, so you can imagine how happy I was to see it arrive in a box. Not only was it true to order in color and wording but was also without holes and held a strong cup of tea. However, I would not recommend green tea for this mug, or any mug for that matter as I prefer black teas. Emiyah will love it once she decides to return from France bringing her awesome hair and her kind heart and maybe some macaroons. I will put it to use until then and think of her fondly.
