1. Smugly and conceitedly rubbing one's beard with a self-satisfied smile and a pretence of sagely wisdom. 2. Unsportsmanlike. Behaviour that bend, evades, or misuses the rules in a way that may not be overt or clear cut, such that the person can say that technically they're "abiding by the rules", but in reality everyone can say the behaviour is not in keeping with the spirit of the game. 3. Full of it. As in Itchy Beard; said in response to statement believed to be false. The beardy would need to tireless scratch their aggravating beard because they think and talk crap.
