A person who rides a bike or drives an uninsured vehicle and lives in the bawcomville (now migrated towards Brownsville as well) area. Easy to identify by missing teeth and usually begging for drugs, money, or cans. Sometimes can be spotted in people’s yards stealing scrap metal or breaking in cars.
