If one tries to get loud with you just flick her on the forehead, throw a condom at her, or drop a gram of ANYTHING, and she will gladly recede. Definition 2.) A person who rides a bike or drives an uninsured vehicle and lives in the bawcomville (now migrated towards Brownsville as well) area. Easy to identify by missing teeth and usually begging for drugs, money, or cans. Sometimes can be spotted in people’s yards stealing scrap metal or breaking in cars.

Excellent satire - didn't see comments to that end, so find it hard to fathom if most readers, in turn, didn't laugh out loud, and say so. But apparently not.
