Of course since the area is predominately black, crime and murder have overrun the already wasted, God awful, desolate, El Salvadorian looking streets. Positives: If you need a 3rd party post dated check cashed at 3AM, come on down.Some of the other attractions include cheap liquor, crack dealers, prostitutes and Greasy chicken. You can also buy a 47 bedroom home there for less than 30k Negatives: What else do you need other than the aformentioned high black population
