A person usually female who has aged before their time. Most likely cause replacing water intake with methamphetamine. Causing their face to resemble a dried apple. Much like the kids game where you took a apple, dried it so it would shrink to resemble a real shrunken head. Shrinking human was practice used by cannibalistic tribe's. Apparently all the tribe's had to do was replace the victims water with meth to achieve the same results. You can find a Apple Head at any given time walking the streets of Hemet California.
