Often done by cheating on someone or even dating other people at the same time. Sees being overly affectionate as a viable way to make someone they cheated on feel better. They will be friends with anyone, and stay friends with their exes, often as a fallback in case their current relationship fails. Strange ability to constantly bitch about wanting a long term relationship, while often cheating on their current SO, or while dating multiple people.
