Read a book, go to the movies, drive to the beach, and i know it sounds eazy if your feeling ok but you need to try It out if things are bad in your side. I try to remember what was my motivation to start writing here and i have to confess..i think many people in UD need someone to talk to, someone to have empathy with, i recomend therapy and a good friend.
