It is a reference of the first round or episode one, shown in the last part of the video, where the scores of two among six of the main cast, Mizi and Sua, are being calculated. Mizi scores 87 and Sua scores 86, and if you have lower points than your opponent, you die, so Sua dies. It’s a popular reference within the alien stage fandom with it’s other counterpart, 89/70, because Mizi and Sua are among the most shipped people, and it is heavily implied they are canon within the show and comics.
