When you disagree with someone or something, usually used on the internet. This derived from chat rooms when people would typically ask you type in 123 if you agree with someone. For example "Press 123 if you like _______." People who would disagree would type the number backwards. It is not necessary to say you disagree, as it's a subtle enough sign of saying that you don't.
