Anyone born between the years of 1991 to 1998/99 would be classified as a full 2000s kid. These individuals witnessed all aspects of 2000s culture from the very beginning to the end. Anyone born in the decade of the 2000s would not be considered a full 2000s kid because they witnessed more of the late 2000s bleeding onto the early 2010s. Late Millennials & Zillenials are kids of the 2000s. The majority of Gen Zers are kids of the 2010s.
