This is a very interesting number. Multiplying it by a number from 1 to 6 will give the result of the same numbers in the same order, but with a different offset. Like 142857 * 2 = 285714 142857 * 3 = 428571 This number also seems to have interesting relations with number 7. Multiplying it by 7 will give 999999. One seventh is 0.142857142857142857... Any number that isn't evenly divisible by 7 divided by 7 will give a result with decimals that end up with 142857 repeating itself endlessly.
