A burrowing mammal in the family Leporidae of the order Lagomorpha, which also includes pikas and hares. They love a good forehead rub and many like to be pet on the cheeks. Rabbits live the best lives as house pets and can be free roam. They can also be litterbox trained and are generally very neat pets. A rabbit is a wonderful friend to have.
