Probably a derivative of the Obama birther movement and speculation Beyonce faked her pregnancy. Coined by the blogger The Hunter Hype Report to describe people who believe Benedict Cumberbatch's admittedly bitchy wife faked her pregnancy as a way to explain why his wife has treated him like he's a piece of shit on the red carpet since they began dating.
