A term for the emerging field of Holobiontology proposed by Scott Raymond Schaffer {c2025}, a student of academia in Health Science and Health Optimization Medicine and Practice, dedicated to the study of the human holobiont. A Holobiontologist is a health science practitioner who applies systems-based principles to assess, support, and optimize the integrated networks that define human health. They view each person as a multi-layered ecosystem — encompassing cellular, microbial, psychological, and energetic dimensions — and seek to enhance the coherence among these domains. Holobiontologists draw upon diverse disciplines such as microbiome science, nutritional ecology, stress physiology, bioenergetics, and psychoneuroimmunology to understand how interdependent processes regulate well-being. Through personalized, evidence-informed interventions, they guide individuals toward restoring adaptive balance, resilience, and vitality. Their goal is not merely to treat dysfunction, but to cultivate systemic harmony — empowering the body and mind to self-regulate, regenerate, and thrive within the broader living system of the planet.

Size adult medium unisex was a perfect fit. Shirt was very soft. Could be a bit thicker for the price.
