A common, passive-aggressive revenge tactic of their is to ruin their reputation when they are a very safe distance away from them, rather than confronting them. They are the coworker who will often call out "sick" because they are in a bad mood, or hungover; can't handle stress; have to be micromanaged every second. They are not prepared to deal with the real world where they have to work with people who are different than them.
