Later on, more than a decade after this episode aired. Someone would edit an AI TTS engine over the clip and alter the Cashiers voice, making her ask Clarence if he wants the Thick Thighs Pussy Salad. This clip gained popularity within the StanTWT community aka the MLM community and spread to TikTok in early 2026.
