a term used to express displeasure or anger with a sports team for preforming poorly, usually in relation to the Louisville Cardinals. Originated in 2016 when two people held up a sign saying "Louisville Cardinals? more like Pooisville Fartinals" at the Louisville Cardinals vs Clemson Use of the term increased largely in 2021 and 2022 and became a small meme on Instagram as well as Twitter.
