Although 'Kabowser' is traditionally the colloquial term used to describe a particularly horrible pair of light blue silky running shorts, the term is wide enough to also encompass shorts of varying shades of colour and style. Wearing a pair of shorts in public when you are not exercising is called 'Committing a Kabowser' and shopping for a pair of running shorts to wear on your next night out on the town is called 'Kabowser browsing.' While they are not solely linked to one particular sexual orientation they have been particularly popular in 2006 with young homosexual males who have caught onto the idea of wearing Kabowsers in the hope of maybe getting lucky. Where This trend has yet to prove successful as phones can disappear and whatnot. The origin of the word 'Kabowser' is relatively unknown but could be attributed to a certain speech and drama teacher from 1999. One of the hottest ways to wear the kabowser is with a naked torso. The definition of 'hot' however does depend on personal taste of course.
