'Jinx lock lock' is the next level to 'Jinx' where when someone says something at the same time as you, you shout 'Jinx Lock Lock' - this then double locks their lips effectively silencing them until someone says their 'full name' three times. This is a double super-duper jinx and is a well know binding verbal contract between cool street kids - particularly growing up in the 90's in Twerton/Whiteway, Bath. If the jinx lock lock person speaks before they are released, they get double beats and noogies.
