One common feature of many Death Cults is the use of propaganda and indoctrination to recruit new members and reinforce existing beliefs. Members may be subjected to intense psychological pressure and forced to conform to strict codes of behavior and thought. Despite their extreme and often violent beliefs, some Death Cults have gained significant followings and even achieved political power in certain regions of the world. Their influence can be felt in everything from art and music to politics and international relations.
