crappypasta Tee

n. A term used by the creepypasta community to refer to a creepypasta story which is of excessively poor quality, often utilizing tropes from more popular and successful creepypastas or even non-creepypasta horror in an attempt to imitate their success. It's up to the reader to decide if a story is an actual crappypasta or simply a sub-par creepypasta, however they can usually be identified fairly quickly based on the subject material. If the story in question involves so-called "lost episodes" or haunted games it is most likely a crappypasta. In addition, if it is about a franchise which has had one or more popular stories such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Pokemon, Spongebob Squarepants, or My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic; as well as if it contains overused characters from creepypasta, i.e., Slenderman, Jeff the Killer, or The Rake.
