CoUnCY: The most widely used definitaion of CounCY is being bounced from one social housing estate to the next,the main offences are: (a) shitting in your neigbours yard.. (b) general criminal activity (c) showing porn to young children (d) throwing bricks through ur neigbours window (e) having too many babbies,(f) being a general council slut.. unfortunately the main criteria for getting on the shitty council board,which is why the council is still a shit place to live,is because you either (a) have to have one to fifteen kids or (b)no job(c) a major attitute problem and a drug or alcohol habit(d) a previous history with the local police..IF YOU ARE SINGLE AND CIVILISED YOU DO NOT QUALIFY.. Funny enough,these people like to be known as WORKING CLASS HEROES,EVENTHOUGH MOST OF THEM DO NOT WORK,AND IF THEY DO GET WORK IT IS OF VERY LITTLE BENEFIT TO SOCIETY AND SPORADIC AT BEST..
