If she likes someone it is very rare and she is not quick to tell her friends. She also has very strong opinion on thing so if you say something she does not agree with or is annoying her she will be quick to tell you but no I’m a rude way. She is also shy at times but once you get to know her she will never shut up. But you never want her to cause you fall in love with her.
