Lora Alveen is Hindi for penis (lora). It is not used when one wishes to describe the penis for medical or anatomical purposes. Alveen is a suitable replacement for the word penis when you are describing a hideous penis, usually due to gangrene. An STD infested penis may also be described as Alveen.
