In truth they will end up returning to the store blaming their sales consultant and the company as a whole because they refused to take thirty seconds to sign up for a rewards card and think they can return products without a receipt. In that sense most customers don't understand current fraudulent scams in which a degenerate steals the cable and comes to return the cable without a receipt since they did not have one in the first place.
