Circum-Nazi Circum Nazi The Definition of "Circum-Nazi" : The person who performs, advocates,promotes any type of Genital Mutilation made in the following is know as Circum-Nazi. MGM ------ Type 1 Surgical removal of part of the foreskin or the entire foreskin totally Type 2 Surgical removal of the glans or the shaft of the penis Type 3 Surgical removal of the testes Type 4 Cutting of the genital, foreskin, glans , scrotum or make any other harm to the genital (or the surrounding area) FGM ------ Type 1 Excision (removal) of the clitoral hood with or without removal of part or all of the clitoris. Type 2 Removal of the clitoris together with part or all of the labia minora. Type 3 (infibulation) Removal of part or all of the external genitalia (clitoris, labia minora, and labia majora) and stitching and/or narrowing of the vaginal opening leaving a small hole for urine and menstrual flow. Type 4 (unclassified) Make any other harm to the genital (or the surrounding area) without a proper medical reason. NOTE THERE HAS TO BE A PROPER REASON TO MUTILATE (cut, make harm, alter) the GENITAL. Cutting of the genital because it reduces the risk of infections, helps to clean IS NOT a PROPER reason to MUTILATE the Genital. "Proper" means : if it makes harm or if there is a potential threat to the life or organ(s) ex: a cancer , not functioning properly (like if the organ dead) etc.. THEN that's a Proper Reason to Mutilate the Genital.
