Hoenheim rule Mug
A rule made during a drinking game usually kings. A person during the game puts the fist up. Whoever the last person to put their fist up is must proceed to give an Imagineary blow job to whomever the first person to put their hand up chooses. Also they choose where the cum shot will be.
