A not very common verb. yes it is an action, and is preformed in self-defense from a crazy bitch. I think the "you can't hit a girl rule is bullshit SOMETIMES" if a girl wants to fight you do it afterschool or when faculty or authority aren't looking. Great mug got one for my highschool crush
