A punk ass bitch is a very common type of guy who has certian attributes that exclude him from being a faggot or douchebag. 1. A punk ass bitch is cool. Very cool. He might think he's cool because he's good at sports and he probably has a pretty hot girlfriend that gives him dome on the reg. 2. A punk ass bitch hates nerds. There is just something about them that he hates, be it there faces, good grades, or the way they carry themselves. 3. A punk ass bitch is acquaintences with anyone who's not a nerd, but only hangs out with a certain kind of guy outside of school. These guys are known as gay ass bitches. Gay ass bitches are the same as punk ass bitches except they don't get dome on the reg or have a girlfriend. They also aren't good at sports except for JV football and they are NOT cool.
