n: the offspring of the 1980s yuppie, they are found to have an idealistic view of life after growing up in a home with their sucessful parents' means at hand. this paricular group of youth expect to be handed everything without giving any work in return. they are not to be confused with anyone considered a traditonal east coast prep, however they can be associated with the more modern defition of prep (one who shops at hollister, abercrombie, or american Eagle ect.) because they share many social traits. OR as commonly used by nonyuppies from the 1980s: n: an unattractive yuppie, or a yuppie from the mid-west who remains in their small hometown to raise their faimly and dominate the community by means of money having heavy influence over local politics, commerce, and decisions concerning education. fuppies = fucking ugly yuppies.
